Rule 11
Deadlines may be made through electronic means or newspapers
(1) According to rule 10, if the time limit cannot be served to the defendant, the time limit can be served as follows:-
(a) any fax number, e-mail address or electronic address of the respondent to be served by such means as may be recorded, or
(b) by publishing a notice in any national daily newspaper (2) In accordance with clause (b) of sub-rule (1), the expenses incurred in publishing the notice shall be recovered from the defendant as usual.
